By installing or using AutoSend for Sheets, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the add-on and stop using it.
You retain full ownership of all spreadsheet data. AutoSend does not store, sell, or share your spreadsheet content. Cell values are read at send time, converted to CSV, sent as an email attachment to the recipients you specify, and never retained on our servers.
Schedule configuration - including recipient addresses, send frequency, and sheet tab name - is stored in Google UserProperties, which runs on Google's infrastructure. This data is not stored on our servers and is accessible only within your Google account.
If you use a paid license, the license key string is stored in Google UserProperties solely to enable license verification. We do not store key data on our own servers beyond this.
Paid licenses are sold and managed through Gumroad. License keys are verified against Gumroad's API at activation. We transmit the key to Gumroad for verification only - no key data is retained by us beyond the string stored in Google UserProperties as described above.
AutoSend for Sheets is provided as-is, without any warranty or guarantee of uptime, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for missed sends, delivery failures, or any damages arising from use of the add-on.
You may not use AutoSend for Sheets to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or content that violates applicable laws or Google Workspace™ policies. We reserve the right to terminate access for abuse without notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
